For events, conferences and fundraisers

Print the code before the plans are final.

Posters, tickets, badges and slides go to print weeks early. Each code points to a short link you own, so it can open the schedule today, the live stream on the day and the photos afterwards.

Free plan: 50 links and 1,000 tracked clicks a month. No credit card.

Early event organizers: the Growth plan free for your first month. All we ask is 15 minutes of honest feedback.

Why event QR codes go stale

Change where it goes, any time

Point the same code at registration, then the schedule, the live stream, and the photos or a survey afterwards.

A code per poster or channel

Give each poster, flyer run and partner its own link, tag them by event, and see which ones people scan.

Contact cards for name badges

A code on each badge opens the person’s details with a Save contact button, and stays current if their job changes.

Best days and times to promote

See when people click, by day and hour in their own time zone, so reminders go out when your audience is listening.

Test two ticket pages

Split visitors between two versions of the ticket page and compare the clicks each one gets.

Never switched off for usage

A busy event day never gets your codes turned off for going over a plan limit.

Questions organizers ask first

Can one code open different pages before and after the event?

Yes. Change the link’s destination whenever you like; every printed poster, ticket and badge follows the next time it is scanned.

We print hundreds of badges. Do we need one code each?

Only if each badge should open a different person’s details. Contact cards and bulk import from a spreadsheet make that a few minutes, and every code downloads as one ZIP for the printer.

Will the codes still work next year?

Yes. Links are never switched off for going over a plan limit, and on your own domain the link stays yours. Point it at next year’s event when it’s ready.

What does it cost?

The free plan covers 50 links a month, a QR code for each, and your own domain. Paid plans are on the pricing page.

Already have codes in print?

A note from the founder

MicroURL is new, and it’s a very small team. So here’s the deal for early users: I’ll set up your domain and move your existing links over for free. All I ask is 15 minutes of honest feedback on what’s missing. Everything we ship is listed on the changelog, and uptime is public on the status page.
