For restaurants, cafes and bars

A menu QR code you never have to reprint.

Each code on a table, window or takeout bag points to a short link you can change in seconds. New menu, new ordering site, same printed code.

Free plan: 50 links and 1,000 tracked clicks a month. No credit card.

Early restaurants and cafes: the Growth plan free for your first month. All we ask is 15 minutes of honest feedback.

Product demo

22 seconds, no sound: link your menu, brand the QR code for your table cards, switch to a new menu without reprinting, see the scans.

  1. Paste the link to your menu.
  2. Brand the QR code for your table cards.
  3. New menu? Change the link. Every printed code follows.
  4. See how many guests scanned, and when.

Why menu QR codes end up reprinted

Point the code at a new menu

Change where a code goes any time, from any browser. Every table card and window sticker follows.

A code for each table or spot

Give tables, the window and takeout bags their own codes and see which ones people scan, day by day.

The menu in your guest’s language

Add a Spanish or Chinese menu, and guests whose phone is set to that language see it from the same code.

See when guests scan

A grid of scans by day and hour shows your busy times, so you know when to post a special or send a text.

In your colors, with your logo

Your colors, your logo in the middle, a caption like “Scan for the menu”, at print size.

All your codes in one download

Select your links and download every code as one ZIP of SVG and PNG files for the printer.

Your name in the link

Use a domain you own, like menu.yourrestaurant.com, so the link is yours, not ours.

Never switched off for usage

We never switch a code off because an account went over a plan limit.

Questions restaurants ask first

What happens when the menu changes?

Nothing gets reprinted. Open the link, paste the address of the new menu, and the next person who scans any of your codes sees it.

Can the code go to our online ordering page instead?

Yes. A code can point at any web address: a menu file, your website, or an ordering service. Change it whenever you like.

Will our existing QR codes keep working if we switch?

Codes made with another service stay tied to that service. Codes you make with us keep working and can be pointed anywhere, so this is the last reprint.

What does it cost?

The free plan covers 50 links a month, plenty for a restaurant. Paid plans are on the pricing page.

A note from the founder

MicroURL is new, and it’s a very small team. So here’s the deal for early users: I’ll set up your domain and move your existing links over for free. All I ask is 15 minutes of honest feedback on what’s missing. Everything we ship is listed on the changelog, and uptime is public on the status page.
