  3. Copy the link Google shows, and paste it above.

The link usually looks like https://g.page/r/…/review. It’s the same link Google gives you to share; we put it in the code unchanged.

Does the code ever stop working?

No. The link is inside the code itself, so it works as long as Google keeps your review link working. Nothing goes through us.

Can I see how many people scan it?

Not with this code, since it goes straight to Google. Make it a MicroURL link instead (free) and you see scans by day and hour, and which spot, the counter or the receipt, brings in the most reviews.

Is it OK to ask for reviews?

Yes, Google encourages asking. Don’t offer discounts or gifts in exchange for reviews, and ask every customer, not only happy ones.
